摘要
劳动价值观的形成对小学生未来发展具有很大影响,社区资源在小学生劳动价值观形成过程中有着十分重要的作用。通过组织学生深入社区参观学习,了解社区在日常生活中的重要意义,开展丰富多彩的社区活动,可以提高学生对劳动与技术教育的认识,增强学生对劳动的热爱,促进学生劳动价值观的形成。
The labor value outlook has significant influence on future development of elementary school students. Community resources play an important role in the formation of labor value outlook of elementary school students. Organizing students to visit and learn in community, understanding the significance of daily life in community and participating in rich and colorful community activities can help students to know the importance of labor and technology education and make them love labor and form labor value outlook.
