基于扎根理论的高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素模型构建 被引量:2

摘要 篮球运动是高校大学生普遍喜爱的一项体育运动,在大学生群体中培养一支具有执裁能力的篮球裁判队伍就显得尤为重要。对高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素进行研究不仅可以丰富和完善篮球裁判员理论体系,还可以使篮球裁判理论知识更好地应用于裁判员临场执裁实际情景之中。本研究以高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素为研究对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,分析影响高校篮球裁判员执裁效力的主要因素,并运用Nvivo12质性分析软件构建高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素结构模型。研究认为:高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素主要分为职业素养、专业能力、身心调整、人际沟通、个人特质五个维度共15个要点,经理论饱和度验证,这5个维度15个要点所构建出来的高校篮球裁判员执裁效力影响因素结构模型是较为合理的。 As the sport of basketball is very popular among college students,it is of particular necessity to build a team of basketball referees from college students.Research on the influencing factors of the effectiveness of college basketball referees’refereeing can not only enrich and improve the theories of basketball referees,but also improve the connection between theoretical knowledge of basketball referees and their practice in real games.This study is on the influencing factors of the effectiveness of college basketball referees’refereeing,by using literature review,interviews and other research methods.Using Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software,this study developed a structural model of factors influencing the effectiveness of college basketball refereeing.The findings reveal that there are 15 key factors that influence the effectiveness of college basketball referees’refereeing,which fall into five categories viz.professional qualities,professional competence,physical and psychological resilience,interpersonal communication,and personal characteristics.Theoretical saturation verification demonstrated that this structure model is appropriate and practicable.
