摘要
中小学生的体质健康体现了一个国家的生命力,直接影响“人口红利”渐失背景下未来社会的发展。采用扎根理论法,借助Nvivo11软件,提炼出政策牵引、社校家协同、民族性、健康意识生活方式及经济水平资源配置5个主范畴,提出内蒙古自治区中小学生体质健康促进对策:政策指引推动,完善管理体制;多元联动效力,强化主体认知;发展社会经济,完善防范风险措施;增强体育锻炼,实施健康生活方式;开发体育资源,健全培养体系;优化生态环境,区域因地制宜;明晰目标定位,确保贯彻落实。
The physical health of primary and secondary school students reflects the vitality of a country and directly affects the future development of society in the context of the gradual loss of the“demographic dividend”.With the help of Grounded Theory and Nvivo11 software,five main categories were extracted,i.e.policy traction,society-school-home collaboration,national character,lifestyle with health consciousness,and resources allocation in the economic level.Accordingly,countermeasures to promote physical health of primary and secondary school students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were put forward:policy traction to promote and improve the management system;multi-linkage effectiveness to strengthen the subjective cognition;social and economic development to improve risk prevention measures;enhancing physical exercise to have a healthy lifestyle;exploring sports resources to improve the cultivation system;optimizing the ecological environment and acting according to regional circumstances;and clear target location to ensure implementation.
