摘要
通过对照企业标准、生产过程、岗位需求和行业发展方向,构建符合电气自动化专业的人才质量评价体系。对于存在的短板,利用企业专家和从事本专业一线工作的历届毕业生作为调研对象,对调研结果进行分析与重组,统筹专业课程体系建设,指导深化学岗融合、工作手册式教材建设和精品开放共享课建设,完善专业人才培养方案,为人才培养质量的提升奠定坚实基础。
We build a Talent Evaluation System in line with electrical automation majors by comparing enterprise standards,production processes,job requirements and industry development directions.For the existing shortcomings,the enterprise experts and previous graduates who have been engaged in the front-line work are included as the basis of investigation,through which we analyze and reorganize the investigation results,coordinate the construction of curriculum system,guide the deepening of post-graduate integration,the workbook-style textbook construction and high-quality open and shared courses construction,so as to improve the talent cultivation programs,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
