基于CIPP模型的农村订单定向医学生培养效果研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的使用CIPP模型评价订单定向医学生培养效果,为改进培养过程、完善培养模式提供依据。方法通过农村订单定向免费培养项目开展的背景、教育投入情况、应届毕业生对培养过程满意度调查、培养效果四个方面进行评价与分析。结果针对基层医生岗位的需求,单独制定人才培养方案,学生对教学安排及课程设置的满意度高;98.6%的毕业生能以单位委培的形式参加住院医师规范化培训;历届毕业生在医师资格考试中表现良好。结论订单定向医学培养项目可有效解决基层卫生人才缺乏的问题,高校应继续衔接全科专业住院医师规范化培训标准和临床执业医师资格考试要求完善培养过程。 Objective To evaluate the training results of order-based general medicine students using the CIPP model,and to provide basis for improving the training process and training model.Methods Evaluation and analysis was conducted from four aspects,including the background of the rural order-oriented free medical training program,the education investment,the satisfaction survey of recent graduates on the training process,and the training results.Results The program developed a targeted talent training plan in view of the needs of doctors in grassroots health institutions,and students had high rate of satisfaction with the teaching plan and curriculum.Totally 98.6%of the students could participate in standardized residency training in the form of contractual program.All the graduates performed well in National Medical Licensing Examination.Conclusions The order-oriented free medical training program can effectively solve the problem of lack of grassroots health talents.Colleges and universities need to improve the training process by converging with the criteria of standardized training for general medicine residents and the requirements of the medical licensing examination.
