SiO_(2)气凝胶负载过渡金属氧化物催化分解N2O的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以二氧化硅气凝胶为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同负载量的过渡金属氧化物M/SiO_(2)-ag(M=Ni、Co、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn)催化剂,利用XRD、BET、H_(2)-TPR等对催化剂进行表征,研究了SiO_(2)气凝胶负载过渡金属氧化物分解N_(2)O的催化性能。结果表明,负载NiO的样品具有最高的催化分解活性,当NiO负载量为27%时催化活性最佳,可在451℃完全转化N_(2)O;在455℃下对Ni_(27)/SiO_(2)-ag进行100 h寿命实验,催化活性未下降,表明Ni_(27)/SiO_(2)-ag具有较好的热稳定性。 Using SiO_(2) aerogel as the carrier,a series of transition metal oxides catalysts,M/SiO_(2)-ag(M=Ni,Co,Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn),with different loadings are prepared via an equal volume impregnation method.The prepared catalysts are analyzed by means of XRD,BET and H_(2)-TPR.Their catalytic performance for the decomposition of N_(2)O is studied.Among them,the sample loaded with NiO has the highest catalytic decomposition activity.The catalyst has the best catalytic activity when the loading amount of NiO is 27%,over which N_(2)O can completely be converted at 451℃.The catalytic activity of Ni_(27)/SiO_(2)-ag does not drop after 100 h of life test at 455℃,indicating that Ni_(27)/SiO_(2)-ag has a good thermal stability.
