摘要
以商洛本地丰富的铁尾矿与气凝胶结合,通过浸渍法制备气凝胶-铁尾矿催化剂。从盐酸浓度、铁尾矿与气凝胶的质量比、浸渍温度、浸渍时间、老化时间等多个方面考察不同条件对生成的催化剂负载量的影响;最后对催化剂进行SEM、TG、IR表征。结果表明:盐酸浓度6mol·L-1、铁尾矿与气凝胶的质量比1:1、浸渍温度40℃、浸渍时间2h、老化时间24h、焙烧温度在400℃、焙烧时间4h下制得的SiO2气凝胶-铁尾矿金属催化剂负载量较大,负载均匀,且耐热性能较好。
With SiO2 aerogel and iron tailings from Shangluo as the raw materials, SiO2 aerogel-iron tailings catalyst was prepared by the dipping method. The effects of different conditions such as the concentration of hydrochloric acid, the mass ratio of iron tailings to aerogel, dipping temperature, dipping time and aging time on the catalyst load were investigated. The morphology of the catalyst was characterized by means of SEM, TG and FTIR. The result showed that aerogel-iron tailings metal catalyst had a large load and uniform load and it exhibited good thermal stability when hydrochloric acid concentration was 6 mol·L -1 , the mass ratio of iron tailings to aerogel was1 :1, the immersion temperature was40 ℃, dipping time was2 h, aging time was24 h, calcination temperature was400 ℃ and roasting time was4 h.
