TBzTD/S硫化体系中S用量对EPDM/FKM共混胶老化过程中性能影响

摘要 研究了TBzTD/S硫化体系中S用量对EPDM/FKM共混胶性能影响。研究表明,随着硫化剂S用量的变大,共混胶的硫化程度变大,工艺正硫化时间变小;共混胶硬度和100%定伸应力变大,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率先变大后变小,72 h老化后,硬度和100%定伸应力变大。老化前期,共混胶拉伸强度变大,老化后期,拉伸强度无明显变化规律;老化过程中,共混胶扯断伸长率不断下降,综合所有性能,在此硫化体系下,S用量为1.0份时性能最好。 The effect of S dosage on the properties of EPDM/FKM blended rubber in TBzTD/S curing system was studied. Studies have shown that as the amount of vulcanizing agent S becomes larger, the degree of curing of the blended rubber becomes larger, and the curing time of the process becomes smaller;The hardness and 100% modulus of the blended rubber increased, and the tensile strength and elongation at break increased first and then became smaller. After 72 h aging, the hardness and 100% modulus became larger. The tensile strength of the blended rubber became larger when it is in the early stage of aging, the tensile strength does not change significantly when it is in the late stage of aging. During the aging process, the elongation at break of the blended rubber was continuously decreasing. Combining all the properties, under this curing system, the performance was best when the S dosage was 1.0 phr.
