摘要
通过无转子硫化仪、动态机械热分析仪、核磁共振交联密度仪等分析手段,考察了乙烯含量、第三单体亚乙基降冰片烯(ENB)含量对过氧化物硫化的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)性能的影响。结果表明,乙烯含量增加,有助于EPDM混炼胶交联程度和硫化速率的提高;ENB含量增加,EPDM混炼胶交联程度提高,但正硫化时间延长,其硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度随ENB含量的增大向高温方向移动,损耗因子峰值降低;乙烯含量增加,EPDM硫化胶的储能模量增大,拉伸强度明显提高,耐热氧老化性能提高。
The effects of molecular structure pa rameters, such as ethylene content, the third mono mer 5ethylidene2norbornene ( ENB ) content, on properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) vulcanized with peroxide were studied by the no rotor rheometer, dynamic mechanical thermal spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance crosslink density spectrometer and other analytical tools. The results showed that the increase of ethylene content were beneficial for improvement of the curing extent and vulcanization rate of EPDM. The higher the ENB content, the higher the curing extent of the EPDM compound, the longer the optimum curingtime. The glasstransition temperature shifted to a higher temperature, the loss factor peak value of the EPDM vulcanizate decreased when the ENB content increased. The storage modulus, tensile strength and the thermal oxidative aging resistance of EPDM vul canizate improved when the ethylene content increased.
