摘要
以低黏度的多乙烯基硅油为基胶,高纯石英粉为填料,含氢硅油为交联剂,在铂催化剂存在下,制得加成型液体硅橡胶。通过测试硅橡胶的力学性能和交联密度探讨了乙烯基含量对加成型液体硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,乙烯基含量为1.17mmol/g、摩尔质量为40000g/mol的乙烯基硅油,活性氢摩尔分数为0.3%的含氢硅油,填料为40%的高纯石英粉,加入10×10-6的铂催化剂,按此配方制成的硅橡胶力学性能达到最优值。
Addition cure liquid silicone rubber was prepared with low viscosity organopolysiloxane containing multi-alkenyl group as basic gum, high purity quartz as filler, organohydrogenpolysiloxane as crosslink agent and catalyzed by Pt catalyst. By testing the mechanics properties and crosslink density of addition cure liquid silicone rubber, the influence of alkenyl group content on silicone rubber's properties was researched. The results showed that the optimal properties of silicone rubber was achieved when :the silicone rubber was comprised of organopolysiloxane containing muhi-alkenyl group and having 1.17mmol/g alkenyl content and 40000 mole mass, organohydrogenpolysiloxane having 0. 3% mole fraction, 40wt% high purity qrtartz as filler and 10 × 10^-6 Pt catalyst.
