摘要
以离子型共聚单体苯乙烯磺酸钠(NaSS)及非离子型共聚单体甲基丙烯酸-β羟乙酯(HEMA)为功能单体,以过硫酸钾为引发剂进行了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯无皂乳液聚合研究.讨论了反应温度、功能单体用量、功能单体配比以及有机硅加入顺序等因素对乳液聚合及乳液性能的影响.研究发现:反应温度为78~80,℃,功能单体用量为0.4%(NaSS:HEMA=3:1)时,采用种子乳液聚合可以得到稳定的丙烯酸酯无皂乳液;有机硅先加、后加均可得到稳定的硅丙乳液;有机硅加入后,保温阶段易出现凝胶;采用有机硅后加,先热引发、后氧化还原,复合引发体系聚合稳定性较佳.
The soap-free organosiloxane modified acrylats emulsion was prepared by using sodium p-styrene sulfonate(NaSS)and β-hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate(HEMA)as ionic and nonionic functional monomer and K2S2O8 as initiator.The effects of the reaction conditions,such as the reaction temperature,the amount and ratio of the functional monomers,etc,and the adding order of organosiloxane on the emulsion polymerization and the property of the emulsion were investigated systematically.The study found that a stable polyacry...
