摘要
目的研究苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物(R-SMA)增强的室温硫化硅橡胶的制备方法及力学性能。方法以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,使苯乙烯(St)和马来酸酐(M a)在α,ω-羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)中无规共聚,得到宏观上稳定的PDMS/R-SMA共混物。在该共混物中加入过量的甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)对其进行室温硫化,得到R-SMA增强的室温硫化硅橡胶,并测定其力学性能。结果当PDMS/St=70/30(w/w),St/M a=96.5/3.5(w/w),BPO用量为单体总量的0.08 wt%,反应时间为5 h时,目标硅橡胶的力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度可达到2.162 MPa,断裂伸长率为332.7%。结论目标硅橡胶的力学性能明显优于未增强的PDMS弹性体,R-SMA组分的存在起到了明显的增强效果。
