摘要
采用TEM、XRD、TPR等物理表征技术和液相选择加氢活性评价 ,研究了焙烧和还原温度对以正硅酸乙酯和硝酸镍为原料用溶胶凝胶超临界流体干燥法制备的NiO/SiO2 气凝胶催化剂性能的影响。结果表明 ,在研究的温度范围内催化剂的织构和结构具有良好的热稳定性 ;焙烧温度高于 6 73K导致γ 丁内酯选择性下降 ;H2 还原温度对加氢性能的影响随镍含量不同而异 ,当镍含量≤ 1 3%时 ,还原温度升高加氢活性升高 ,镍含量≥ 1 3%时 ,还原温度升高不利于加氢反应的进行。
Aerogel catalysts were prepared by the Sol Gel SCFD method from Ni(NO 3) 2 and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) The effects of calcinations and reduction temperatures on the properties of the catalysts were studied by XRD, TPR, TEM, etc The results showed that the catalysts had good textural and structural stability in the temperature range used The selectivity to γ butyrolactone(γ BL) was decreased when the calcinations temperature was higher than 673K When content of nickel was less than 13%, the hydrogenation activity increased with the rise of the reduction temperature; when more than 13%, the activity decreased
