摘要
我国装配式综合管廊工程的施工主要采用大型起重机械吊装,辅助人力推、拉、拽、撬的施工方法,存在用工多、拼装精度较低、占用施工场地大、施工受限因素多等不足。经过研究与工程实践,研发了采用全机械化拼装施工的装配式综合管廊建造技术。本项技术可替代常规的大型起重机吊装的施工方法,提高装配式综合管廊的施工机械化水平,提升施工安全性和工程质量。
In China,assembled-type composite pipe galleries are mainly hoisted by heavy lifting machinery and supported by manual push,pull,drag and prying,with shortcomings such as heavy workload,low assembly accuracy,large space occupation,and many restriction factors etc.In view of the foregoing,the build technology of fully-assembled composite pipe galleries is developed through research and engineering practice and can replace the conventional construction method adopting heavy lifting machinery,to increase the mechanization level of assembled-type composite pipe galleries and improve the construction safety and quality.
