摘要
提出了新型的空腹预制钢筋混凝土组合墙板,为探明该新型墙板的力学性能,采用有限元方法对高度变化的预制双孔空腹钢筋混凝土组合墙板和整浇的钢筋混凝土墙板进行了对比分析,计算分析了2种高度墙板,双孔预制组合与整浇墙板,在5种轴压比限值对应的轴力下,水平推力荷载的混凝土开裂值、墙体钢筋屈服值和墙体的极限抗推承载力值,并给出了不同模型下的荷载-位移曲线。分析结果表明,空腹预制钢筋混凝土组合墙板和现浇钢筋混凝土墙板的开裂荷载、屈服荷载和极限荷载基本相同;对于同一个高度的墙体,预制钢筋混凝土组合墙板的弹性阶段更长,承载能力更强;在预制墙板保证良好整体性的前提下,材料性能提高,墙板的结构性能也相应有所提升;对于同一种类型的墙板,高度越低,弹性阶段越长,承载能力越强。
A novel type of open-web prefabricated reinforced concrete composite wall was proposed.In order to verify the mechanical behaviors of this new type of wall,the finite element method was employed to coMPare and analyze the prefabricated double hole open-web reinforced concrete composite wall and the cast-in-site reinforced concrete wall with various heights.The values of concrete cracking,the yield values of wall reinforcement and the ultimate thrust bearing capacities of the wall were calculated for the prefabricated double hole open-web reinforced concrete composite wall as well as the cast in-site reinforced concrete wall with two kinds of different heights subjected to the horizontal thrust load with the axial force corresponding to the limit values of five axial compression ratios,then,the load-displacement curves under different models were given.The analysis results show that the cracking load,yield load and ultimate load of the open-web prefabricated reinforced concrete composite wall and cast-in-site reinforced concrete wall are basically the same.For walls with the same height,prefabricated reinforced concrete composite walls have longer elastic stage and stronger bearing capacity than cast-in-site reinforced concrete wall.On the premise that the integrity ensured for prefabricated wall,if the material performance is improved,the structural performance of wall is also improved accordingly.For the same type of wall,the lower the height,the longer the elastic stage and the stronger the bearing capacity.
