某高架桥施工安全风险评估研究

摘要 为了研究某复线桥南北引道工程的邻近施工项目对某高架桥的安全影响,结合工程建设特点,在充分考虑施工距离以及建设点开挖深度、开挖范围等施工因素,对评估风险进行定性分析,确定关键影响施工步骤及极端施工扰动因素,保证安全评估效果的基础上提高评估效率。基于定性分析确定施工节点工况,采用数值模拟研究某内环跨线桥在该工程建设中所受到的位移及应力扰动,从而对施工过程中该内环跨线桥的风险评估。研究结果表明,本项目施工对既有桥梁结构影响较小,各方向上位移均满足变形控制要求。应力扰动在容许应力范围以内,可认为本项目施工风险可控。研究结果可为工程建设的安全评价提供参考,对于施工风险调控具有一定的指导意义。 In order to study the safety impact of the adjacent construction project of the north-south approach of a double track bridge on a certain elevated bridge,combined with the characteristics of the engineering construction,and fully considering construction factors such as construction distance,excavation depth of construction points,and excavation range,a qualitative analysis was conducted to evaluate the risk,determine the key influencing construction steps and extreme construction disturbance factors,and improve the evaluation efficiency on the basis of ensuring the safety evaluation effect.Based on qualitative analysis to determine the construction node conditions,numerical simulation is used to study the displacement and stress disturbance of a certain inner ring overpass bridge during the construction process,in order to assess the risk of the inner ring overpass bridge during the construction process.The research results indicate that the construction of this project has a relatively small impact on the existing bridge structure,and the upward displacement in all directions meets the deformation control requirements.The stress disturbance is within the allowable stress range,and it can be considered that the construction risk of this project is controllable.The research results can provide reference for safety evaluation of engineering construction and have certain guiding significance for construction risk control.
