大盾构隧道内部结构预制构件设计与施工技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 装配式建筑因其高效、节能、环保的特点在工程建设行业得到广泛的应用与推广。目前大盾构隧道内部结构预制拼装尚处于半预制化阶段;上海机场联络线是国内首例大盾构隧道内部结构全预制拼装工程。文章从设计计算、工装设备、拼装工艺等方面对上海机场联络线弧形件及中隔墙全预制拼装技术进行阐述,首先根据内部结构从拼装到运营各个阶段的最不利工况,整个生命周期采用基于概率理论的极限状态法进行设计计算,得到内部结构全预制拼装最不利的设计参数依据;然后针对内部结构运营期的抗震、共振和堆载设计进行专项研究;最后根据内部结构预制拼装施工的重难点,有针对性地研制新设备、提出新工艺,确保预制构件满足施工质量与精度的要求。 Prefabricated buildings are widely used and promoted in the project construction industry because of their high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection features.At present,the prefabrication and assembly of the internal structure of large-diameter shield tunnel is still in the semi-prefabrication stage.The connecting line of Shanghai Airport is the first fully prefabricated and assembly project of the internal structure of large-diameter shield tunnel in China.This paper expounds the full prefabrication and assembly technique of arc parts and mid-partition of Shanghai airport line from the aspects of design calculation,tooling equipment and assembly technique.According to the worst operating conditions of the internal structure from assembly to operation,the limit state method based on probability theory is used for design calculation in the whole life cycle,and the basis of the worst design parameters of the full prefabrication and assembly of the internal structure is obtained;a special study is carried out on the seismic,resonance and surcharge design of the internal structure during the operation period.Finally,according to the key and difficult points of internal structure prefabrication and assembly construction,new equipment and new technique are developed to ensure and meet the requirements of construction quality and precision.
