摘要
为探讨个体运动经验对运动技能学习和个体不同方面的影响,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对近年来国内外学者的相关研究成果进行综述。研究认为,运动经验的积累效应具有实时性,且对运动技能学习中所具备的多项身体素质具有增益作用。运动经验对个体的认知功能、体育活动参与度、自我形象等均有正向促进作用。建议学校和家长在指导儿童进行体育活动时应更加关注运动经历和运动的积极体验,提升儿童参与体育的兴趣,弱化体育活动中输赢的重要性。
In order to explore the influence of individual sports experience on motor skill learning and different individual parts,the study summarizes the results of related research at home and abroad in recent years through literature,and logistic method.The research show that the accumulative effect of motor experience should be qualified with instantaneity,and have beneficial function in multiple physical quality in motor skill learning.Motor experience has played positive role in individual cognition function,physical activities participation,and self-image,etc.It is suggested for schools and parents to guide children to pay more attention to motor skill and active experience,improve children’s interest of physical participation,and weaken the importance of the winning and losing of physical activities.
