摘要 本项目办公楼总建筑高度为41.065m,由两座塔楼及裙房组成,塔楼在7~9层处由连廊连成一体。塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,7~9层连体结构采用型钢混凝土框架结构。对连体、连廊方案进行了比选,介绍了关键节点的设计,并采用YJK软件对连体结构进行了弹性时程分析和舒适度分析,结果表明,连体结构体系能够满足承载力、抗侧力、变形和舒适度的要求。对2#楼南侧两侧悬挑的钢桁架连廊进行分析,结果表明,增设平面外斜撑能显著改善钢结构连廊的动力特性。 The total height of the office building is 41.065 m, consisting of two towers and a podium. The towers are connected by corridor on the 7 th to 9 th floors. The tower adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, and the 7 th to 9 th floor conjoined structure adopts a steel-concrete frame structure. Conjoined and connected corridor schemes were compared and selected, and the design of the key nodes was introduced. And YJK software was used to analyze the elastic time history and comfort degree of the conjoined structure. The results show that the conjoined structure system can meet the requirements of bearing capacity, lateral force resistance, deformation and comfort. The cantilevered steel truss corridor on both sides of the south side of Building 2# was analyzed, and the results show that the addition of out-of-plane diagonal bracing can significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of the steel structure corridor.
