汉川东站大跨度钢网架屋盖结构设计

摘要 汉川东站结构屋盖呈复杂曲面,最大柱网跨度为140m×48m,采用大跨度钢网架结构。因造型限制,屋盖结构高低交错,为协调变形并优化传力路径,于交错连接部位设置带有预应力索的加强榀桁架,有效减轻交错屋盖的不利影响。由于屋盖形体复杂,除对结构进行静力计算以确保屋盖变形指标满足规范要求外,还对其进行了屈曲分析、节点有限元分析、索型比选和防倒塌等专项分析,确保屋盖稳定性满足规范要求、重要节点传力可靠、索的高效性和必要性及抗连续倒塌能力。结果表明该工程的设计均满足规范要求。 The roof of Hanchuan East Railway Station is a complex curved surface with maximum column grid span of 140m×48m,and a large-span steel grid structure is adopted.Due to the limitation of modeling,the roof structure is staggered.In order to coordinate the deformation and optimize the force transmission path,a reinforced truss with prestressed cables was set at the staggered connection part to effectively reduce the adverse effects of the staggered roof.Due to the complex shape of the roof,in addition to the static calculation of the structure to ensure that the roof deformation index meets the requirements of the code,the buckling analysis,joint finite element analysis,cable type selection,and anti-collapse analysis were also carried out to ensure that the roof stability meets the requirements of the code,reliable force transmission of important nodes,the efficiency and necessity of the cable and the ability to anti-continuous collapse.The results show that the design of the project meets the requirements of code.
