摘要
以印尼巴塘水电站项目厂房扣件式悬挑脚手架为工程背景,对扣件式悬挑脚手架进行了理论研究和数值分析。运用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Gen建模,采用直角扣件半刚性连接对该结构进行线性屈曲分析,用以评估结构的稳定承载能力,并引入了几何初始缺陷对该结构进行了非线性屈曲分析。在此基础上,对该结构直角扣件在不同扭力矩作用下和不同剪刀撑布置方式对结构稳定承载力的影响进行了研究,所取得的成果可为后续研究参考。
Based on the engineering background of a fastener-style suspended tubular steel formwork for the Batang Toru Hydropower Project in Indonesia,theoretical study and numerical analysis were conducted on the fastener-style suspended tubular steel formwork.The finite element analysis software MIDAS/Gen was used for modeling,the linear buckling analysis of the structure was carried out by using the semi-rigid connection of right-angle fastener to evaluate the stability capacity of the structure,and the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out by introducing geometric initial defects.On this basis,the influence of the right-angle fasteners of the structure under different torsional moments and different arrangements of diagonal braces on the stable bearing capacity of the structure was studied,providing a certain reference for subsequent research.
