Structural design on connected high-rise building of Shaanxi Yinlong Building

摘要 陕西银隆大厦项目是由两个建筑体型、结构高度完全不同的高层建筑在高位通过连廊相连,形成的双塔连体结构。结构体系复杂,平面扭转不规则、竖向构件不连续,属于特别不规则的建筑。两个塔楼分别采用钢框架-偏心支撑核心筒与钢框架-支撑结构体系。详细介绍了该工程的结构体系和设计方法,包括钢偏心支撑的布置、消能梁段的设置、连接体结构的布置等。采用YJK、MIDAS/Gen、ETABS、PERFORM-3D等多个软件对结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震作用下结构构件承载力及变形能力验算,验算结果均满足相关规范要求。同时针对复杂超高层钢结构中不同构件的性能要求,阐述了基于性能的设计方法。 Shaanxi Yinlong Building project consists of two high-rise buildings with completely different building shapes and structural heights and connected by a corridor at high position, which forms twin-tower connected structure. The structural system is complex, the plane torsion is irregular and the vertical members are discontinuous, which is particularly irregular building. The two towers use steel frame-eccentric support core tube and steel frame-support structure system respectively.The structural system and design methods were introduced in detail, including the arrangement of steel eccentric supports, the arrangement of energy dissipated link beam, and the arrangement of the connecting body structure, etc. Many software such as YJK, MIDAS/Gen, ETABS, PERFORM-3 D etc. were used to check the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of structural members under frequent earthquakes, fortified earthquakes, and rare earthquakes, and the check calculation results meet the requirements of relevant codes. Meanwhile the performance-based design methods were described in perspective of the performance requirements of different components in the complex super high-rise steel structure.
