摘要
提出一种采用人体动作捕捉技术与JACK软件仿真结合的坐姿舒适度评价方法,并利用该方法对坐在座椅前后端的舒适度进行分析与评价。实验选用美国Motion Analysis光学动作捕捉系统,采用EVART软件获取22名受试者分别坐在座椅前后端进行试验动作时各关节的空间点位信,通过MATLAB进行关节角度与关节力矩的计算,结合人机工程理论进行不同坐姿下的舒适度分析;将人体动作实验获取的人体点位信息导入JACK软件,进行实验动作仿真回放,建立人体三维模型求解关节平均强度等相关参数,验证舒适度结果的正确性。通过MATLAB计算与JACK软件运动仿真均得出了坐在座椅后端比坐在座椅前端更满足人体舒适度要求这一结果,研究方法提高了结论的可靠度,为研究坐姿舒适度评价与座椅的优化设计提供了重要参考。
Proposed a sitting posture comfort evaluation method using human motion capture technology and JACK software sim⁃ulation,and use this method to analyse and evaluate the comfort of sitting in front and back of the seat.The American Motion Analysis optical motion capture system was used in the experiment and EVART software was used to obtain the spatial point infor⁃mation of each joint when 22 subjects were seated at the front and back of the seat for experimental movement.Calculated the joint angle and joint torque through MATLAB,and combined ergonomics to analyze the comfort in different sitting postures.The hu⁃man body point information obtained from the human movement experiment was imported into the JACK software,and the experi⁃mental movement was simulated and played back.A human body 3D model was established to solve the related parameters such as the mean strength,and the accuracy of the comfort results was verified.Through MATLAB calculation and JACK software motion simulation,it was found that sitting at the back of the seat satisfies the requirements of human comfort more than sitting at the front of the seat.The research method improves the reliability of the conclusion and provides an important reference for the study of sitting posture comfort evaluation and seat optimization design.
