摘要
文章选取中国31个省份的面板数据,利用Dagum基尼系数分解方法、空间计量模型测度2011—2020年中国产业数字金融高质量发展的区域差异与多元驱动因素。结果发现,考察期内中国产业数字金融高质量发展水平不断上升,且存在显著的空间非均衡性;产业数字金融高质量发展水平总体差异呈不断下降趋势,超变密度是造成分布差异的主要原因;产业数字金融高质量发展存在空间相关性,经济发展水平、创新水平、人力资本、经济外向度提升、产业结构是驱动产业数字金融高质量发展的主要因素。未来,应建立健全差异化产业数字金融政策框架体系,拓展产业数字金融深度与广度,提高数字金融资源配置效率,加强财政在产业数字金融中的引领作用,助力产业数字金融实现高质量发展。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China,this paper uses Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method and spatial econometric model to measure the regional differences and multiple driving factors of the high-quality development of China's in-dustrial digital finance from 2011 to 2020.The results show that the high-quality development level of China's industrial digital finance has been rising during the investigation period,and there is a significant spatial imbalance;The overall difference of high-quality develo-pment level of industrial digital finance shows a downward trend,and hypervariable density is the main reason for the distribution difference;The high-quality development of industrial digital finance has spatial correlation.The main factors driving the high-quality development of industrial digital finance are the level of economic development,the level of innovation,human capital,the improvement of economic extroversion and industrial structure.In the future,it is necessary to establish and improve a differentiated industrial digital financial policy framework system,expand the depth and breadth of industrial digital finance,improve the efficiency of digital financial resource allocation,strengthen the leading role of finance in industrial digital finance,and help industrial digital finance achieve high-quality development.
