摘要
为研究不同杂交组合羔羊体尺和体重之间的关系,对548只不同杂交组合6月龄羔羊的体重、体高、体长、胸围、管围进行了聚类分析和主成分分析。结果表明,主成分分析将体尺指标分为重量因子和宽度因子2个主成分,澳湖、杜湖和萨湖杂交一代羔羊累计贡献率分别为73.265%、75.222%和79.463%;聚类分析将体尺性状分为2类,与主成分分析结果一致;建立其综合评价模型表达式,其中,澳湖杂交一代羔羊F_(1)=0.576Y_(1)+0.156Y_(2),杜湖杂交一代羔羊F_(2)=0.603Y_(1)+0.150Y_(2),萨湖杂交一代羔羊F_(3)=0.658Y_(1)+0.136Y_(2),综合得分萨湖杂交一代羔羊>杜湖杂交一代羔羊>澳湖杂交一代羔羊。
In order to study the relationship between body size and body weight of lambs in different hybrid combinations,clustering and principal component analysis were performed on the weight,withers height,body length,chest measurement and bone circumference of 5486-month-old lambs with different hybrid combinations.By principal component analysis,the body size index was divided into two main components:weight factor and width factor.The cumulative contribution rates of AH lambs,DH lambs and SH lambs were 73.265%,75.222%and 79.463%respectively.Using cluster analysis,body size traits were divided into two categories,which was consistent with the results of principal component analysis.To establish its comprehensive evaluation model expression,AH lambs was F_(1)=0.576Y_(1)+0.156Y_(2),DH lambs was F_(2)=0.603Y_(1)+0.150Y_(2),SH lambs was F_(3)=0.658Y_(1)+0.136Y_(2).The comprehensive score was SH>DH>AH.
