蜀宣花牛体重与体尺的相关、通径分析和体重估计公式制定 被引量:4

Correlation,Path and Stepwise Regression Analysis between Body Weight and Body Size of Shuxuan Cattle

摘要 文章旨在分析蜀宣花牛体重与体尺指标的相关关系,以明确体尺对体重的直接影响和间接影响,进而为蜀宣花牛公牛的选择和育肥效果评估提供重要方法。采集舍饲条件下74头15~18月龄蜀宣花牛公牛的体重和体尺指标,运用SPSS 19.0软件进行相关性、通径以及逐步回归分析,并建立最优线性回归方程。结果表明,蜀宣花牛体重与体高、体斜长、胸围、管围、坐骨端宽、腰角宽和十字部高指标间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);胸围对体重的直接作用最大(系数为0.410);最优回归方程为Y(体重)=-751.782+2.075X_(2)(体斜长)+3.225X_(3)(胸围)+8.512X_(4)(管围)+3.363X_(6)(腰角宽)(R^(2)=0.877,P<0.01),经过检验该方程具有统计学意义。说明该回归方程可用于舍饲条件下10~18月龄蜀宣花牛公牛的体重估算;对蜀宣花牛的选育在重视体重选择的同时,也要加强胸围、体斜长、管围和腰角宽的选择。 In order to provide an important method for the selection of bull and the evaluation of fattening effect about Shuxuan cattle,the correlation between body weight and body size of Shuxuan cattle was analyzed,the direct effects and indirect effects of body size on body weight were clarified,and the linear regression relationship between body weight and body size was studied.74 bull(15-18 months old)were selected as the study subjects in the experiment.The body weight and body size were measured,and the measurement results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software for correlation,path and stepwise regression analysis,and the optimal linear regression equation was established.The results showed that the body height,body length,chest circumference,tube circumference,sciatic end width,hip width and hip height were significantly positively correlated with body weight(P<0.01),the most direct effect on body weight was chest circumference(0.410),the optimal regression equation between body weight and body size index of Shuxuan cattle was Y(weight)=-751.782+2.075X_(2)(body length)+3.225X_(3)(chest circumference)+8.512X_(4)(shank circumference)+3.363X_(6)(hipbone width)(R^(2)=0.877,P<0.01).The results indicated that this equation has statistical significance and can be used to estimate the body weight of Shuxuan cattle under housing condition.Not only body weight selection should be taken into account,but also to the selection of body length,chest circumference,tube circumference and hip width.
