饲草比例对羔羊生产性能、肌肉营养成分和脂肪酸组成与含量的影响 被引量:1

Effect of forage ratio on production performance,muscle nutritional component and fatty acid composition and content of lambs

摘要 为了研究日粮中饲草比例对羔羊生产性能、肌肉营养成分和脂肪酸含量的影响,试验将30只6月龄的生长状况良好的初始体重为(29.46±0.08)kg的乌珠穆沁羊与小尾寒羊杂交一代羔羊随机分为75%饲草组、60%饲草组、45%饲草组,每组10只,分别饲喂含75%、60%和45%饲草的试验日粮,正试期60 d,试验结束后屠宰羔羊,测定和分析各组羔羊的生产性能指标(干物质采食量、初始体重、结束体重、平均日增重、料重比)、背最长肌营养成分(水分、有机物、蛋白质、肌内脂肪、胆固醇)和脂肪酸(饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸)含量。结果表明:饲草比例对试验羔羊的干物质采食量无显著影响(P>0.05),75%饲草组羔羊的平均日增重显著低于60%和45%饲草组(P<0.05),而料重比显著高于60%和45%饲草组(P<0.05)。60%饲草组羔羊肌肉蛋白质含量最高、肌内脂肪含量最低,而45%饲草组羔羊肌肉蛋白质含量最低、肌内脂肪含量最高。60%饲草组羔羊肌肉饱和脂肪酸C14∶0、C15∶0和C20∶0含量显著高于75%和45%饲草组(P<0.05);60%饲草组羔羊肌肉单不饱和脂肪酸C16∶1n7含量显著高于75%和45%饲草组(P<0.05);60%饲草组羔羊肌肉单不饱和脂肪酸C15∶1n5和C18∶1n9含量显著高于75%饲草组(P<0.05);45%饲草组羔羊肌肉多不饱和脂肪酸C18∶2n6c和C18∶2n6t含量显著高于75%和60%饲草组(P<0.05)。说明本试验中羔羊日粮最适宜的饲草添加比例为60%,不仅提高了羔羊的生产性能,而且还能提高羊肉的营养价值。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of forage ratio on production performance and meat nutrient composition and fatty acid content of lambs.Thirty six-month-old first generation lambs of Wuzhumuqin sheep and Small Tailed Han sheep in good growth condition with initial weight of(29.46±0.08)kg were randomly divided into three treatment groups,namely 75%forage group,60%forage group and 45%forage group,with 10 lambs in each group.The proportions of forage contained in the test daily rations were 75%,60%and 45%,respectively.The trial lasted for 60 days.After the experiment,the lambs were slaughtered to determine and analyze the production performance indexes(dry matter intake,initial body weight,end body weight,average daily gain,and feed weight ratio),the nutritional components of longissimus dorsi muscle(moisture content,organic matter,protein,intramuscular fat and cholesterol)and fatty acid content(saturated fatty acids,monounsaturated fatty acids,and polyunsaturated fatty acids).The results showed that forage ratio had no significant effect on dry matter intake(P>0.05).The average daily gain in 75%forage group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05),while the feed weight ratio in 75%forage group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).Lambs in the 60%forage group had the highest protein content and lowest intramuscular fat content in muscle,while lambs in the 45%forage group had the lowest protein content and highest intramuscular fat content in the muscle.The contents of saturated fatty acids composition C14∶0,C15∶0 and C20∶0 in 60%forage group were significantly higher than those in 75%and 45%forage groups(P<0.05).The contents of monounsaturated fatty acids composition C16∶1 n7 in 60%forage group were significantly higher than that in 75%and 45%forage groups(P<0.05).The contents of monounsaturated fatty acids composition C15∶1 n5 and C18∶1 n9 in 60%forage group were significantly higher than those in 75%forage group(P<0.05).Th
