摘要
试验研究杜泊羊体质量与体尺指标的相关及回归关系,为肉羊新品种选育提供参考。采用SPSS 19.0软件对6月龄杜泊羊体质量与体尺指标进行相关性分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析,并对相关系数进行分解,得出体质量与体尺指标之间的最优回归方程。结果显示,体高(x_(1))、体斜长(x_(2))、胸围(x_(3))和管围(x_(6))对杜泊羊体质量(y)均表现出极显著相关性(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.331、0.505、0.560和0.372。胸深(x_(4))对杜泊羊体质量(y)表现出显著相关性(P<0.05),相关系数为0.263。胸围(x_(3))和体斜长(x_(2))是影响体质量(y)主要因素,且体高(x_(1))、体斜长(x_(2))、胸深(x_(4))、胸宽(x_(5))和管围(x_(6))主要通过胸围(x_(3))对体质量(y)产生间接作用,胸围(x_(3))主要通过体斜长(x_(2))对体质量(y)产生间接作用。体质量和体尺指标之间的最优回归方程为y=-37.724+0.649x_(2)+0.454x_(3)(R=0.620,P<0.05),标准化后的回归方程为y=0.304x_(2)+0.412x_(3)(F=17.788,P<0.01)。试验建立了杜泊羊体质量与体斜长和胸围之间的最优回归模型。
The experiment studied correlation and regression relationship of body weight and body size indicators in Dorper sheep and provide reference data for breeding sheep germplasm innovation application.The phenotypic correlations,path coefficients,direct and indirect correlations between the body weight and several body sizes of Dorper sheep were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Then the optimum regression equation between the body weight and body sizes was established.The results showed that the body height(x_(1)),body length(x_(2)),chest circumference(x_(3))and cannon bone circumference(x_(6))showed significant correlations with the body weight(P<0.01).The phenotypic correlations respectively were 0.331,0.505,0.560 and 0.372.Chest depth(x_(4))had a significant correlation with Dorper sheep’s body weight(y)(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient was 0.263.The chest circumference(x_(3))and body length(x_(2))are the main factors affecting the body weight.The body height(x_(1)),body length(x_(2)),chest depth(x_(4)),chest width(x_(5))and cannon bone circumference(x_(6))had indirect influence by chest circumference(x_(3))mainly.The chest circumference(x_(3))had indirect influence by body length(x_(2)).The optimum regression equation between the body weight and body size in Dorper sheep was:y=-37.724+0.649 x_(2)+0.454 x_(3)(R=0.620,P<0.05),and the normalized form of it was:y=0.304 x_(2)+0.412 x_(3)(F=17.788,P<0.01).The optimal regression model was established between body weight and body length and chest circumference in Dorper sheep.
