免疫检查点B7-H3、TMIGD2、HHLA2在卵巢癌中表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨免疫检查点B7-H3、跨膜和免疫球蛋白结构域2(TMIGD2)、人内源性逆转录病毒-H长末端重复关联蛋白2(HHLA2)在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取84例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,检测患者治疗前后血清B7-H3水平,以及癌组织B7-H3、TMIGD2、HHLA2蛋白表达情况。采用logistic回归分析组织B7-H3、TMIGD2、HHLA2蛋白表达与卵巢癌不同病理特征的关系。结果卵巢癌患者治疗后血清B7-H3水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);不同FIGO分期、肿瘤大小及是否出现淋巴结转移、腹腔积液的卵巢癌患者血清B7-H3水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌组织B7-H3、TMIGD2、HHLA2蛋白阳性表达分别为67例(79.8%)、55例(65.5%)、56例(66.7%)。不同FIGO分期、是否存在腹腔积液的卵巢癌患者癌组织B7-H3表达比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同FIGO分期、肿瘤大小及是否存在淋巴结转移、腹腔积液卵巢癌患者组织TMIGD2、HHLA2表达比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫检查点B7-H3、TMIGD2、HHLA2的表达与卵巢癌患者病情进展相关,可作为卵巢癌治疗及预测的新靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of immune checkpoint B7-H3,transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain 2(TMIGD2)and human endogenous retrovirus-H long terminal repeat-associated protein 2(HHLA2)in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 84 patients with ovarian cancer were selected.Serum B7-H3 levels and B7-H3,TMIGD2 and HHLA2 protein expression in cancer tissues were measured before and after treatment.The relationship between tissue B7-H3,TMIGD2,and HHLA2 protein expressions and different pathological characteristics of ovarian cancer was analyzed by logistic regression.Results The serum B7-H3 level of ovarian cancer patients after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum B7-H3 levels among ovarian cancer patients with different FIGO stages,tumor sizes and the presence of lymph node metastasis,and peritoneal effusion(P<0.05).The positive expression of B7-H3,TMIGD2,and HHLA2 protein in ovarian cancer tissues was 67(79.8%),55(65.5%),and 56(66.7%),respectively.There was a significant difference in B7-H3 expression in the tissues of ovarian cancer patients with different FIGO stages and the presence of peritoneal effusion(P<0.05).There were significant differences in TMIGD2 and HHLA2 expression in tissues of ovarian cancer patients with different FIGO stages,tumor sizes and the presence of lymph node metastasis,and peritoneal effusion(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of immune checkpoints B7-H3,TMIGD2 and HHLA2 are correlated with the progression of ovarian cancer and can be used as new targets for the treatment and prediction of ovarian cancer.
