晚期子宫内膜癌的免疫微环境研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 子宫内膜癌是女性最常见的生殖系统恶性肿瘤之一,患者的生存率低,用药也非常局限。导致肿瘤发展与转移的一个重要因素是肿瘤免疫微环境的形成,因此针对肿瘤免疫微环境的治疗方法是近期肿瘤研究领域的热点,并已取得显著的疗效。子宫内膜癌能够激发内源性的抗肿瘤免疫反应,表明免疫治疗对延长子宫内膜癌患者生存期是有益的。免疫细胞、细胞因子和共刺激受体在肿瘤免疫微环境中发挥着重要作用,探究这些免疫因素在子宫内膜癌发生发展中所扮演的角色并合理调控,将为子宫内膜癌的治疗提供新的思路。 Endometrial cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the reproductive system in women,with low survival rate and very limited medication treatment.An important factor leading to tumor development and metastasis is the formation of tumor immune microenvironment.Therefore,the treatment method targeting the tumor immune microenvironment is a hot topic in the field of tumor research and has achieved obvious curative effect.Endometrial cancer can stimulate an endogenous anti-tumor immune response,therefore,the patients may benefit from immunotherapy.Immune cells,cytokines and costimulatory receptors play an important role in the tumor immune microenvironment,therefore exploring the mechanisms of these immune factors in endometrial cancer and rationally regulating them will provide new ideas for the treatment.
