摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮片对子宫内膜癌患者肿瘤血清因子及复发率的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2021年11月菏泽市单县东大医院妇产科收治的60例子宫内膜癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术治疗)和观察组(n=30,宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮片治疗)。比较两组肿瘤血清因子[糖类抗原125(CA125)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、人附睾蛋白4(HE4)]及复发情况。结果观察组治疗后CA125、MMP-9、HE4水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜手术联合醋酸甲地孕酮片治疗子宫内膜癌,可以降低CA125、MMP-9、HE4水平及复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic or laparoscopic surgery combined with Megestrol Acetate Tablets on tumor serum factors and recurrence rate in patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial carcinoma admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Shan County Dongda Hospital in Heze City from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30,hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery)and observation group(n=30,hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with Megestrol Acetate Tablets).The tumor serum factors(carbohydrate antigen 125[CA125],matrix metalloproteinase-9[MMP-9],human epididymis protein 4[HE4])and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CA125,MMP-9 and HE4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery combined with Megestrol Acetate Tablets in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma can reduce the levels of CA125,MMP-9,HE4 and the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
