摘要
选取典型相变类材料与缓释型盐化物材料进行SMA-13沥青混合料抗凝冰效果研究发现,三种材料均有降低路面冰点的效果,相比颗粒状抗凝冰材料,抗凝冰粉末及调温剂较早出现结冰现象,颗粒状融雪剂冰点为-7℃,短期内抑冰除冰效果最好。但是缓释型盐化物材料属于消耗型融雪材料,其融雪效率会随着时间逐渐衰减,且5%掺量的盐化物消耗会可能导致沥青混合料内部出现微小孔洞,影响路面服务耐久性。
By selecting typical phase change materials and slow-release salinization materials to study the anti freezing effect of SMA-13 asphalt mixture,it is found that the three materials have the effect of reducing the freezing point of pavement.Compared with granular anti freezing materials,anti freezing ice powder and temperature regulator appear earlier,and the freezing point of granular snow melting agent is-7℃,which has the best effect of ice suppression and deicing in a short time.However,the slow-release salinization material is a consumable snow melting material,and its snow melting efficiency will gradually decline with time,and the consumption of 5%salinization may lead to small holes in the asphalt mixture and affect the durability of pavement service.
