摘要
以乳化沥青为基质材料,添加疏水和融冰雪材料制备改性乳化沥青,并将其涂刷于沥青路面研究其除冰雪性能。研究结果表明:改性乳化沥青疏水性能良好,路面接触角可达95.6°;路面-冰层粘结力衰减幅度可达54.1%,改性乳化沥青涂层对沥青路面摩擦系数影响不大;利用多孔材料吸附融冰雪材料,缓释效果良好,可有效降低冰点,并具有较好的融冰雪能力,在机场跑道除冰雪工作中具有较好的应用前景。
Modified emulsified asphalt is prepared using emulsified asphalt as the matrix material,adding hydrophobic and ice-melting material,and spraying it on the asphalt pavement to study its deicing performance.The research results show that the modified emulsified asphalt has good hydrophobic properties,and the pavement contact angle can reach 95.6°;the pavement-ice cohesive force attenuation rate can reach 54.1%,and the modified emulsified asphalt coating has little effect on the friction coefficient of the asphalt pavement.The porous material absorbs the ice-melting material,has a good slow-release effect,effectively reduces the freezing point,and has a good ice-melting capacity,which has a better application prospect for deicing and snow removal on airport runways.
