摘要
电磁感应加热技术应用在铁路道岔融雪除冰作业中,能够有效缓解极端天气给铁路运输秩序和人工除雪作业带来的安全隐患压力。本文通过对电磁感应加热技术在道岔融雪除冰作业中应用的研究,利用理论计算、试验对比以及数学建模的方法进行分析,认为在道岔融雪除冰作业中应用电磁感应加热技术相较于电阻加热技术,不仅能源消耗大幅降低,而且除雪融冰效果更好。
The application of electromagnetic induction heating technology in snow melting and de-icing operation of railway switches is able to lessen the hidden hazards to the railway traffic orders and manual de-icing operation imposed by the extreme weather.It is considered that the application of electromagnetic induction heating technology in snow melting and de-icing operation for switches,compared with the resistance heating technology,is able to decrease energy consumption dramatically and better remove the snow and ice,on the basis of studies on application of electromagnetic induction heating technology in snow melting and de-icing operation of switches,comparison in terms of theoretical calculation and tests as well as analysis of methods for mathematical modeling.
