摘要
目的:从社会支持视角,探索影响老年流动人口健康的因素,提出完善老年流动人口健康领域社会支持体系的建议。方法:基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据,利用描述性统计分析、卡方检验与回归分析方法对数据进行统计分析。结果:共纳入5784人,19.3%的流动老年人自评为不健康,男性、低龄、高文化程度、参加医疗保险、接受健康教育、距离医疗机构近、家庭月收入高、业余时间与人往来以及参加社交活动的流动老年人健康状况较好(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持因素对老年流动人口的健康起积极作用,女性、高龄和低文化程度这3类弱势老年流动人口的健康问题不容忽视。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the health of elderly floating population from the perspective of social support,and to propose suggestions on perfecting the social support system in the health field of elderly floating population.Methods:Descriptive statistics,chi-square test and logistic regression were used to analyze the data from China migrants dynamic survey in 2017.Results:A total of 5784 people were included in the study,and 19.3%of them rated themselves as unhealthy.It was found that the health status of male,young age,high education level,insured,receiving health education,close to medical institutions,high monthly family income,communication with people in spare time and participating in social activities was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social support factors play a positive role in the health of the elderly floating population.The health problems of the three types of vulnerable elderly floating population such as female,old age and low education level can not be ignored.
