摘要
目的:检验简易精神状态量表(the Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)在不同性别和不同受教育程度的社区老年人之间的测量等值性。方法:使用MMSE对长沙市999名社区老人进行测量,对不同性别及不同受教育程度被试的MMSE得分进行差异性分析以及多组验证性因素分析。结果:老年男性与同龄女性在MMSE得分上差异不显著(P>0.05)。不论在总分还是五个因子上,高文化程度组得分均显著高于低文化程度组(P<0.05)。多组验证性因素分析结果显示MMSE在男女组以及不同文化程度组间的形态等值、弱等值、强等值均成立。结论:MMSE在不同性别和不同受教育程度的老年人之间具有测量等值性。
Objective:The aim of this study is to examine measurement invariance of the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)in community elderly people across gender and different level of education.Methods:The MMSE was used to measure the global cognition of 999 community elderly people in Changsha,and the survey data of elders across different gender and educational levels were analyzed by difference analysis and the multiple-group confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of MMSE between elderly men and women(P>0.05),while the high-education group was significantly higher than the low-education group in terms of total score and five factor scores of the MMSE(P<0.05).The results of multiple-group CFA showed that the configural,metric,and scalar invariance of the MMSE across gender and level of education were all acceptable.Conclusion:The MMSE has measurement invariance across gender and level of education in community elderly people.
