摘要 物质生活水平和健康意识的提升使得人们的饮食观念和生活习惯逐渐发生变化。如今,人们在饮食方面更加关注食品的安全性和营养价值。此背景下,营养成分检测作为衡量食品营养价值,评价食品安全性和质量性的重要技术手段,其检测水平和检测精准性备受人们的关注。本文在简要阐述食品营养成分检测重要性和常见检测技术的基础上,分析总结当前食品营养成分检测存在的普遍性问题,并探究具体的应对策略,以期进一步提升食品营养成分检测的技术水平和工作质量,切实做好食品安全保障工作。 The improvement of material living standard and health awareness makes people’s diet concept and living habits gradually change.Nowadays,people pay more attention to the safety and nutritional value of food in their diet.In this context,as an important technical means to measure the nutritional value of food and evaluate the safety and quality of food,the detection level and detection accuracy of nutritional components have attracted much attention.In this paper briefly expounds the importance of food nutrition composition detection and common detection technology,on the basis of analysis summarizes the universality of the current food nutrition composition detection,and explore the specific strategy,in order to further enhance the technical level of food nutrition composition detection and work quality,to do a good job in food safety.
