摘要
依据课程标准进行中考命题是党中央国务院的要求,也是教育部评价改革的重点举措。新版义务教育课程标准的颁布,为中考试题命制提供了最新的权威依据,同时也带来了新挑战。依据课程标准命题,是落实立德树人根本任务、推进五育并举、发展素质教育的重要举措;对于全面构建高质量基础教育体系、正确引导义务教育课程教学健康发展具有重要意义;能够较好地研判不同地区义务教育质量差异;是推动“双减”落地、切实减轻学生学业负担的重要手段;有利于推进省级中考统一命题;有利于强化课程标准的权威性、指导性。所谓依据课程标准命题,包含全程依标命题与全面依标命题两大原则。为了更好地为考试命题立标,要进一步修改完善课程标准,加强中考的理论研究。
The proposition of senior high school entrance examination based on curriculum standards is the requirement of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and is also the key measure of evaluation reform of the Ministry of Education.The new version of compulsory education curriculum standards’ promulgation provides the latest authoritative basis for the proposition in senior high school entrance examinations and brings some new challenges.Proposition based on curriculum standards is an important measure to implement the fundamental task of moral education,promote the Five-Dimension education integration and develop quality education.It is significant for building a high-quality basic education system and correctly guiding the healthy development of compulsory education curriculum teaching.It can judge the quality of compulsory education more accurately in different regions.And it is an important means to promote the double reduction implementation and reduce students’ academic burden.In short,it is conducive to promoting the unified provincial proposition in the senior high school entrance examination to strengthen the authority of curriculum standards and guidance.The so-called proposition based on curriculum standards refers to all proposition segments that must take the complete curriculum standards as the basis.To set a preferable standard for the test proposition,it is necessary to further modify the curriculum standards and strengthen the theoretical research of the senior high school entrance examination.
