摘要
辨证是诊疗活动的关键环节,决定了治疗的成败。分析影响准确辨证的因素是提高准确辨证的前提。其中症有多寡,症有有无,症有真假,症有时空,症有矛盾,症有联系,症与证、病之间存在非对称关系;证有兼杂,证有主次,证有轻重,证有动态性,证受病、体质的影响是影响准确辨证的客观因素。四诊信息采集不全面、不规范、不准确,在培养形象思维时缺少对生活的观察和体悟,缺少对形象的思维认同和锻炼,形象思维运用不当是影响准确辨证的主观因素。作为医者应当发挥主观能动性,深究经旨,勤于临床,全面把握症和证的复杂性对准确辨证的影响,努力提高四诊信息采集能力,培养中医思维,从而切实提高辨证的准确率。
Dialectics is the key links of diagnosis and treatment process,which determine success or failure of the treatment.It is the premise of improving the accuracy of dialectics to analyze the factors which influence the accuracy of it.The symptoms are more or less,may exist or may not exist,are true or false,have time and space,have contradictions and they are related.There is an asymmetric relationship between symptoms and evidence and diseases.The evidence is mixed,primary and secondary,important and less important and it has dynamics.The evidence is influenced by the disease and physique,which are also objective factors affecting the accuracy of the dialectics.The collection of four diagnostic methods is partial,non-standard and inaccurate and when developing their imaginal thinking,the students lack of observation and understanding of life,thinking identification and training of images and use imaginal thinking improperly are the subjective factors affecting the accuracy of the dialectics.In order to effectively improve the accuracy of dialectics,a doctor should give his subjective initiative into full play,deeply study the classic books,work hard in clinical practice,fully control the influence of the complexity of symptoms and signs on the accuracy of dialectics,strive to improve the ability of collecting information of four diagnosis and develop the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.
