摘要
为避免由于中医理论特殊性和中西医学理论体系差异性而造成的混淆,本文探讨了健康状态辨识研究中应重视的4个问题:证与病的不同,前证与潜证的不同,中医之病与西医之病的不同,以及中西医治疗的立足点不同。由此进一步提出,在借鉴现代研究成果的同时,遵循中医思维规律是提高健康状态辨识准确性的必由之路。
To avoid the confusion caused by the particularity of TCM theory and the difference between TCM and Western medicine,the four points which must be focus on during the research of state differentiation are discussed in this article： the difference between syndrome and disease,fore-syndrome and latent-syndrome,the conceptions of disease in TCM and Western medicine,the therapy focus of the TCM and Western medicine.It is considered that when using the methods of modern science,obeying the law of TCM thought at the same time is the only way to increase the precision of state differentiation.
