摘要
为了比较不同芍药品种群的光合特性,采用Li-6800便携式光合仪对杂种芍药品种群的‘典雅香槟’、欧洲芍药品种群的‘莫里斯’、中国芍药品种群的‘大富贵’、‘洮阳红’的光合参数日变化和光合作用对光强的响应进行测定。结果表明:(1)在0-1600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)光合有效辐射(PAR)范围内,4个品种的光响应曲线均表现为随着PAR的增大净光合速率(Pn)增大;‘典雅香槟’光补偿点高于其它3种植物,具有部分阳生植物的特点,其它3个品种具有耐荫植物特点。(2)4个芍药品种的光合参数日变化,‘典雅香槟’的Pn、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)较其它3个品种高,气孔限制值(Ls)较其它品种低,说明杂种芍药品种较欧洲芍药品种、国内芍药品种在光合能力方面具有较强的杂种优势。(3)午后中国芍药品种‘大富贵’、‘洮阳红’较其它2种芍药高,说明中国芍药品种水分利用效率较欧洲芍药、杂种芍药高。
In order to compare the photosynthetic characteristics of‘Elegant champagne’(Hybrid Group),‘Mollis’(Officinalis Group),‘Dafugui’(Lactiflora Group)and‘Taoyanghong’(Lactiflora Group),the diurnal changes of photosynthetic parameters and the response of photosynthesis to light intensity were measured by li-6800 portable photosynthetic instrument.The results show that:1)in the range of 0-1600μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),the light response curves of the four varieties showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)increased with the increase of PAR.The light compensation point of‘Elegant champagne’is higher than that of the other three plants,which has the characteristics of some sunny plants,and the other three varieties have the characteristics of shade tolerant plants.2)The diurnal variation of photosynthetic parameters of four peony varieties,‘Elegant champagne’has higher Pn,transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Gs)than the other three varieties,and lower stomatal limit value(Ls)than other varieties,indicating that Hybrid Group varieties have stronger heterosis in photosynthetic ability than Officinalis Group varieties and domestic peony varieties.3)In the afternoon,Lactiflora Group varieties‘Dafugui’and‘Taoyanghong’are higher than the other two peonies,indicating that the water use efficiency of Lactiflora Group varieties is higher than that of Officinalis Group and hybrid peony.
