摘要
【目的】为广东生态经济型油茶品种筛选提供参考。【方法】选择19个油茶主栽品种为试验材料,采用LI-6400XT光合仪对其光合参数进行了测定与分析。【结果】参试品种的光合日变化曲线有单峰型和双峰型。其中,赣兴48的净光合速率日均值最大,长林4号的最小。灰色关联分析结果表明,影响净光合速率的主要生理因子为蒸腾速率和叶片蒸汽压亏缺,首要环境因子为大气温度。长林53号、赣石84-8和高州油茶的最大净光合速率显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。赣无2的光饱和点最大且暗呼吸速率、光补偿点显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);高州油茶和湘林210的光补偿点较低而表观量子效率较大。因子分析结果表明,长林53号、赣兴48和赣石84-8综合得分较高,说明其光合效率较高。通过聚类分析将各品种分为4类:第1类是长林53号、赣兴48、粤韶77-1、长林40号、长林3号、赣州油7号,其在净光合速率和水分利用效率方面均处于较高水平;第2类是赣石84-8、华硕和赣石83-4,其在净光合速率方面表现较好,在水分利用效率方面表现一般;第3类是湘林210、岑软3号、粤韶75-2、岑软2号、高州油茶和华鑫,其在净光合速率方面表现一般,而在水分利用效率方面整体表现较好;第4类是赣无2、华金、长林4号和赣州油1号,其在净光合速率和水分利用效率方面均表现一般。【结论】在同一生态环境下,19个油茶主栽品种的光合特征存在差异,表现出不同的光响应。从综合排名来看,长林53号、赣兴48、赣石84-8和赣州油7号在广州区域的总体表现较好。
【Objective】Provide technical support for the screening of ecological and economical varieties of oil tea in Guangdong.【Method】19 main planted oil tea varieties were selected as test materials,and their photosynthetic parameters were measured and analyzed by using LI-6400XT photosynthesizer.【Result】The daily photosynthetic curves of the tested varieties were both single-peaked and double-peaked,among which the daily average value of net photosynthetic rate of Ganxing No.48 was the largest and that of Changlin No.4 was the smallest.The results of gray correlation analysis showed that the main physiological factors affecting net photosynthetic rate were transpiration rate and leaf vapor pressure deficit,while the primary environmental factor was atmospheric temperature.The maximum net photosynthetic rate of Changlin 53,Ganshi No.84-8 and Gaozhou oil tea was significantly higher than other varieties(P<0.05).The light saturation point of Ganwu No.2 was the largest and the dark respiration rate and light compensation point were significantly lower than other varieties;the light compensation point of Gaozhou oil tea and Xianglin No.210 was lower and the apparent quantum efficiency was larger.The results of factor analysis showed that Changlin No.53,Ganxing No.48 and Ganshi No.84-8 had higher overall scores,indicating their high photosynthetic efficiency.The varieties were divided into four categories by cluster analysis.Category 1 were Changlin No.53,Ganxing No.48,Yueshao No.77-1,Changlin No.40,Changlin No.3,and Ganzhouyou No.7,they performed well in both net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency;category 2 were Ganshi No.84-8,Huashuo and Ganshi No.83-4,they performed better in net photosynthetic rate level and average in apparent quantum efficiency level;category 3 were Xianglin No.210,Cenruan No.3,Yueshao No.75-2,Cenruan No.2,Gaozhou oil tea and Huaxin,they performed average at the net photosynthetic rate level and better overall at the apparent quantum efficiency level;category 4 were Ganwu No.2,Hu
