摘要
采用TPS-Ⅱ型便携式光合系统,对冬季日光温室条件下3种砧木(黄籽南瓜,白籽南瓜和黑籽南瓜)嫁接黄瓜的光合作用特性进行了比较。结果表明:黄籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的光饱和点最高,光补偿点最低,利用光能的范围最广;黑籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的表观量子效率最高,利用弱光的能力最强。3种砧木嫁接黄瓜的净光合速率日变化均为单峰曲线,不存在"午休现象"。晴天时黄籽南瓜嫁接黄瓜的净光合速率高于其它处理,在阴天和连续阴天后初晴天时黑籽南瓜的净光合速率最高。
The photosynthetic characteristics of grafted cucumbers on three stocks(yellow-seeded pumpkin white-seeded pumpkin and black-seeded pumpkin) in sunlight greenhouse were studied by using the TPS-Ⅱ portable photo-synthesis system in winter.The results were as follows: for grafted cucumbers on yellow-seeded pumpkin,light saturation point was the lowest,light compensation point was the highest,the range of using solar energy was the widest;for grafted cucumbers on cucurbita ficifolia,apparent quantum yield was ...
