摘要
冬季日光温室生产条件下的黄瓜光合作用测定结果表明,单个叶片及黄瓜单株光合作用日变化均呈双峰曲线型,有明显的光合“午睡”现象,单个壮龄叶片在CO2浓度400μl/1环境条件下,温度高达40℃时仍有明显的光合作用,其值为正常温度条件下叶片光合作用的44%。一日之中任何时刻单株的光合速率始终低于单个壮龄叶片的光合速率,早晚光照弱时单株光合速率为负值。笔者建议深冬寒冷时期日光温室采用高温管理原则,有利于果实生长和产量形成,不透明覆盖物要早揭早盖,适当降低黄瓜种植密度,有利于改善光照条件,提高黄瓜植株光合生产力和产量。
The results of photosynthesis suyvey of an adult leaf and a whole cucumber plant grown under sunlight plastic greenhouse in winter shows that the diurnal change of photosynthesis either in an adult leaf or a plant is a curve with two peaks and “midday depression” is obvious. Under high temperature condition (40℃ ) the photosynthesis in the adult leaf is still obvious. The rate is up to 44% of that under normal conditions.When the PFD is low in the morning and in the evening,the value of photosynthetic rate of a whole plant is minus. Therefore it is suggested that during the coldest period in winter the sunlight plastic greenhouse is controlled the principle of high temperature in daytime. The mulch could be recovered in the morning and covered in the evening as early as possible. To improve light intensity proper reduction of dencity will increase photosynthetic productizity and yield of cucumber.
