NaCl处理对芍药光合特性与快速叶绿素荧光特征的影响 被引量:14

Effects of NaCl Treatment on Photosynthetic and Fast Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics in Herbaceous Peony

摘要 以‘油芍一号’为材料,研究不同浓度的NaCl处理对油用芍药光合特性与快速叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,芍药的株高、茎粗在NaCl处理下均呈下降趋势,表型受到影响,细胞膜伤害程度增加,叶绿素含量与光合能力下降;NaCl处理下芍药的OJIP曲线变形为OKJIP,高浓度处理的荧光诱导曲线中K点和J点明显高于其它处理,说明高浓度的NaCl对芍药叶片放氧复合体(OEC)和PSⅡ反应中心造成了伤害。就NaCl处理浓度而言,高浓度NaCl处理(200 mmol/L,300 mmol/L)易致植株死亡,超过200 mmol/L对芍药造成的伤害是不可逆的,这为油用芍药在盐渍化土壤区域的推广和应用提供理论参考。 In th is study,Oil-used herbaceous peony ‘No.1’were chose as experimental materials to study the effects of NaCl stress treatment on the characteristics of photosynthesis and fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics in Paeonia lactiflora Pall.The results showed that:Compared with the CK,the plant height and stem diameter of the peony were decreased under NaCl treatment,the phenotype was affected,the degree of cell membrane damage increased,and the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity decreased.The chlorophyll fluorescence OJIP curve was deformation to OKJIP curve under NaCl treatment,The K and J points of the fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction dynamics curve under high-concentration treatments were higher than other treatments.indicating that high concentration NaCl treatment damaged the leaf oxygen evolving complex(OEC)and PSⅡreactioncenters.In terms of treatment concentration,High concentration of NaCl treatment(200 mmol/L,300 mmol/L)is easy to cause plant death,and the damage caused by more than 200 mmol/L on peony is irreversible.This laid the foundation for the promotion and application of Oil-used herbaceous peony in the salinized soil area.
