海滨锦葵萌发期和苗期盐胁迫反应及耐盐性鉴定指标筛选 被引量:6

Salt-Tolerant Response and Evaluation Indicators Determination of Kostelezkya virginica at Germination and Seedling Stage

摘要 选用海滨锦葵自然群体为研究材料,以Na Cl溶液为盐胁迫,研究海滨锦葵在不同浓度盐胁迫下萌发期和幼苗期生长状况的变化,并筛选萌发期和幼苗期耐盐鉴定指标。结果表明,Na Cl胁迫下海滨锦葵种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、下胚轴长、胚根长、鲜重、活力指数及幼苗株高均降低,并且各指标的盐害系数随着盐胁迫浓度的升高而升高。较低Na Cl浓度(0.5%~1.5%)胁迫下的幼苗地上干重和地上鲜重高于未用Na Cl胁迫的幼苗,2.0%和2.5%浓度的Na Cl胁迫抑制了地上干重和地上鲜重。1.0%和2.0%的Na Cl浓度分别是萌发期和幼苗期鉴定海滨锦葵耐盐性的适宜浓度,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、下胚轴长、根长、鲜重以及活力指数可以作为萌发期耐盐性的鉴定指标,株高、地上鲜重和地上干重可以作为幼苗期耐盐性的鉴定指标。 The response and the evaluation indicator at the germination-stage and seedling-stage, respectively, the Na Cl stress of Kostelezkya virginica were studied, which the natural population was used as the research material.Results showed that, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, hypocotyl length, radicle length, fresh mass, vigor index and seedling height were decreased under Na Cl stress and the salt toxicity coefficients of these tested indexes raised by the increased of Na Cl concentration. The shoot dry mass and shoot fresh mass under lower Na Cl concentration(0.5%~1.5%) were higher than the control, while the two indexes were lower under 2.0% and 2.5% Na Cl concentration. The appropriate concentration of Na Cl for the evaluation of salt tolerance at germination-stage and seedling stage was 1.0% and 2.0%, respectively. The germination rate,germination potential, germination index, hypocotyl length, root length, fresh mass and vigor index could be served as the indicators to evaluate the salt tolerance of the cultivars at germinating stage, while plant height, shoot dry mass and shoot fresh mass could be applied to assess the salt tolerance at seedling stage.
