摘要
以种植于天津农学院苗圃2年生栓皮栎移植盆栽幼苗为试材,设置遮阴率为20%、40%、60%的3个遮阴处理,以全光照为对照(CK),对栓皮栎幼苗进行遮阴处理试验,每个处理和对照各6株,重复6次;遮阴处理80 d后,按照规范方法测定幼苗生长生理指标、气孔特性及叶片解剖结构;采用层次分析法、单因素方差分析、最小显著差异法,分析栓皮栎幼苗的耐阴性、遮阴对栓皮栎幼苗的生长生理及叶片解剖结构的影响。结果表明:随着遮阴率的增加,栓皮栎幼苗株高增长量及超氧化物歧化酶活性呈先增加后降低趋势,在遮阴率为40%时最高;叶面积增长量先增后减,在遮阴率为20%时最高;叶片中的脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性糖质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、过氧化氢酶活性均呈先降低后增加的趋势,且均在遮阴率为20%时最低;丙二醛质量摩尔浓度呈先降低后增加的趋势,且在遮阴率为40%时最低;气孔密度、叶片厚度、主脉厚度、上下表皮厚度呈逐渐降低的趋势;气孔开度、气孔面积、细胞结构疏松度逐渐增加;细胞结构紧密度、叶脉突起度均无显著变化。栓皮栎幼苗生理生化及叶片组织结构指标值,由大到小依次为遮阴率20%、遮阴率40%、全光照、遮阴率60%;表明遮阴可调节栓皮栎幼苗的渗透调节物质、抗氧化酶活性及叶片组织结构,且在遮阴率为20%时最适合幼苗生长。
The two-year-old seedlings of Quercus variabilis transplanted in the nursery of Tianjin Agricultural College were used as test materials. Three shading treatments with shading rates of 20%, 40% and 60% were set, and the full light was used as the control(CK). The shading treatment experiment was conducted on Q. variabilis seedlings, 6 plants for each treatment, repeated 6 times;After shading treatment for 80 d, the physiological indexes of seedling growth, stomatal characteristics and leaf anatomical structure were measured according to the standard method;The effects of shade tolerance and shade tolerance on the growth physiology and leaf anatomy of Q. variabilis seedlings were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process, one-way ANOVA and least significant difference method. With the increase of shading rate, the growth of plant height and superoxide dismutase activity of Q. variabilis seedlings increased first and then decreased, and reached the highest when the shading rate was 40%. The increase of leaf area increased first and then decreased, and reached the highest when the shading rate was 20%. The proline content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and catalase activity in leaves all decreased at first and then increased, and they were the lowest when the shading rate was 20%. The molar concentration of malondialdehyde decreased first and then increased, and it was the lowest when the shading rate was 40%. Stomatal density, leaf thickness, main vein thickness and upper and lower epidermis thickness decreased gradually;Stomatal opening, stomatal area and cell structure porosity increased gradually. There was no significant change in cell structure compactness and vein protrusion. The index values of physiology, biochemistry and leaf tissue structure of Q. variabilis seedlings were in the order of shading rate 20%, shading rate 40%, full light and shading rate 60% from large to small;The results showed that shading could adjust the osmoregulatory substances, antioxidant enzyme activity and leaf tissu
