摘要
为改善杨木尺寸不稳定、强度低、保温性能较弱等问题,本研究采用酚醛树脂浸渍改性杨木单板,再将其贴面复合软木,制得结构-保温一体化复合材料,以期适用于木地板、墙板等领域。结果表明,酚醛树脂浸渍改性后的杨木单板的弹性模量、静曲强度、抗压强度、耐磨性和尺寸稳定性分别较未处理杨木单板提高了28.91%、47.73%、231.83%、30.20%和39.44%;改性单板贴面软木复合材料的导热系数较未改性纯杨木单板降低了43.33%,呈现了良好的保温性能。本研究为轻质高强-节能保温一体化复合材料的设计应用提供了一定的科学依据。
In order to overcome the key problems of dimensional instability,lower strength and poor thermal insulation of poplar wood,this study firstly impregnated the phenolic resin into poplar veneer,and then decorated cork with the modified veneer to design a structure-thermal insulation integrated composite for potential applications in floor or wall areas.The results showed that the MOE,MOR,compression strength,wear resistance and dimensional stability was increased by 28.91%,47.73%,231.83%,30.20%and 39.44%,over those of untreated poplar veneer,respectively.The thermal conductivity of the composite was reduced by 43.33%than that of the control poplar veneer,presenting its good thermal insulation.This study provides a reference for design of composites integrated with high strength,energy saving and thermal insulation features.
