金尾矿基轻质瓷的制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 以金尾矿为主要原料,以玻璃粉为高温黏结剂,以高铝固体废弃物为增强剂制备轻质瓷。研究了不同烧成温度和不同金尾矿含量对轻质瓷物理性能、相组成和微观结构的影响。研究结果表明:在金尾矿含量为85 wt.%和烧成温度为1030℃的条件下制备的轻质瓷,其吸水率、抗弯强度、体积密度和显气孔率为17.01%、32.23 MPa、1.79 g·cm^(-3)和29.66%,达到了传统轻质瓷的性能要求;金尾矿基轻质瓷的主要物相为石英、斜长石和辉石。同时,实验探究了金尾矿基轻质瓷坯体与釉的结合性能。研究发现,坯的线膨胀系数比釉略高,坯釉结合良好。当金尾矿含量为85 wt.%时,在1030℃烧成的轻质瓷抗折强度为50.59 MPa。 Lightweight porcelain was prepared with gold tailings as the primary raw material.Meanwhile,glass powders and high-alumina solid waste were used as the high-temperature binder and reinforcing agent,respectively.The effects of sintering temperatures and content of gold tailings on phase composition,physical properties and microstructure of the lightweight porcelain were studied.Specifically,water absorption,bending strength,bulk density and apparent porosity of the lightweig ht porcelain prepared at sintering temperature of 1030℃ with 85 wt.% gold tailing are 17.01%,32.23 MPa,1.79 g·cm^(-3)and 29.66%,respectively,which are close to the performance of the traditional lightweight porcelain.Main phases of the gold tailings-based light porcelain are quartz,anorthoclase and augite.In addition,bonding properties of the gold tailing-based lightweight porcelain body and glazes were explored.Linear expansion coefficient of the ceramic body was a little higher than that of the glaze.The bonding strengths of blanks and glazes are excellent.The bending strength of sample with 85 wt.% gold tailings fired at 1030℃ after glazed was 50.59 MPa.
