摘要
当下校企合作模式正迅猛发展,高校学生面临的校企合作能力要求也越加严格。通过高效可靠的方式培养高校学生的工匠精神已成为各高校的重点落实内容。本文就结合目前高校对学生工匠精神能力的培养情况及校企合作模式在工匠精神培育实践中的工匠精神培育情况进行深入研究,并指出改善措施,提供给我国高校学生校企合作能力一些针对性的建议与参考。
With the rapid development of school enterprise cooperation mode,college students are facing more and more strict requirements for school enterprise cooperation ability.Cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students in an efficient and reliable way has become the focus of colleges and universities.In this paper,combined with the current situation of the cultivation of students’craftsman spirit ability in colleges and universities and the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the practice of school enterprise cooperation mode in the cultivation of craftsman spirit,the author makes an indepth study,points out the improvement measures,and provides some targeted suggestions and reference for the university students’school enterprise cooperation ability in China.
